Notification of the collection of personal information

3. The main consequences for you if all or some of the personal information is not collected by us are that we will be unable to assess your quotation.

We may, in the course of our business, disclose personal information about you to our related entities, joint venture or alliance partners, head contractors and other third parties such as the Australian Stock Exchange, Australian Taxation Office, our lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, credit providers, human resources consultants, superannuation funds and pre-employment service providers. We are unlikely to disclose personal information to overseas recipients.
